At NUmYst, every fragrance is crafted and packed with care. For reasons of hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been opened, tested, or used.
1. Replacement Policy
- We only provide replacements if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
- You must contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- An unboxing video and clear pictures of the product with original packaging are mandatory for making a claim.
- If the package appears tampered with or visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and report it immediately.
- To request a replacement, email us at support@numyst.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
- Replacements will be processed only after verification by our team.
- Replacement will be issued for the same product originally ordered.
2. Shipping for Replacements
- To return a defective item, you will need to courier it back to us at the address provided by our support team.
- The cost of returning the item will be borne by the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If your exchange request is approved, we will send out the replacement once the defective product is received and verified.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable if the ordered product is unavailable or if your cancellation request (before dispatch) has been approved.
- Once shipped, no refunds will be issued except in cases where we are unable to fulfill your order.
