1. Shipping

Packaging & Handling: All products are packed under strict supervision. Once we hand over the parcel to our courier partner, NUmYst is not liable for any loss, breakage, delay, or theft during transit.

Courier Partners: We ship only through reputed logistics partners. You'll receive a notification along with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Timelines: Domestic Orders (India) are typically delivered within 3–7 working days.
2. Duties & Taxes
Any additional charges such as Octroi, entry fees, or local levies will be borne by the recipient.
3. Pricing & Availability
Product prices, specifications, and availability may change without prior notice at our sole discretion.
4. Liability
Under no circumstances shall NUmYst be held responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.
5. Order Cancellations

Before Shipping: If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we'll issue a full refund to your original mode of payment.

After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

6. Refunds & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of fragrances and for hygiene reasons, we do not offer product exchanges or returns once the product has been opened or used.
- Refunds are only applicable if the order is cancelled before shipping or in the rare case of receiving a damaged product (with proof shared within 48 hours of delivery).
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
